Isn't it strange that owners are allowed to band together and control who owns, governs, and manages capital resources though laws of incorporation, but workers are forbidden those same privileges for labor resources?  This is a [[Private Government]] tactic.  Owners can exclude others from joining ownership, but laborers cannot exclude others from labor.  Perhaps we need analogous "right to own" laws that will allow anybody to join in the ownership of a corporation at whatever price they wish, driving down the value of ownership.

A union is a small government.  As is a corporation.  Without the power to require membership to participate and without the power to require funding, neither can do anything.  These laws attack both powers, but only for workers.
