Right To Work laws are about eliminating the equal power of the unions, in favor of giving management all the power.  The number of jobs doesn't change: what changes is who gets to pick the workers.  And also how well the workers can bargain with management.
  
 
Isn't it strange that owners are allowed to band together and control who owns, governs, and manages capital resources though laws of incorporation, but workers are forbidden those same privileges for labor resources?  This is a [[Private Government]] tactic.  Owners can exclude others from joining ownership, but laborers cannot exclude others from labor.  Perhaps we need analogous "right to own" laws that will allow anybody to join in the ownership of a corporation at whatever price they wish, driving down the value of ownership.
