This template is used by DPL to extract within-wiki links to transcluded pages. When no URL transclusion is present in the transcluded page, a link to the transcluded page is returned.
Template:Category Age determines whether a red NEW appears.
Template:Local Edit tests CURRENTUSER (from extension MyVariables) to see whether a link to edit the wiki page is included.
