Libertarians often decry the problems of government and suggest their own solutions.  But often the solutions they suggest are what we actually have already working in government, or failing in the private sector.

== Polycentric Law ==
Polycentric Law: "a legal structure in which providers of legal systems compete or overlap in a given jurisdiction, as opposed to monopolistic statutory law according to which there is a sole provider of law for each jurisdiction."
        (a) We already have it, except that additional legal systems must defer
        to the top level legal system.  Local laws, Kosher regulations and other
        customary law, for example.  Arbitration.  Etc.
        (b) How about polycentric property?  Where ownership overlaps?
